Stephanie Morain

Stephanie Morain, PhD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor in the Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy at Baylor College of Medicine, and the Director of the College’s Health Policy Pathway.  Her research focuses on ethics and implementation issues related to Learning Health Systems and related efforts to embed research into clinical care contexts, and on the ethics and politics of public health policy.
