Jason D. Rivera is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at SUNY Buffalo State. He coordinates both the MPA program’s public administration track and the advanced certificate in disaster and emergency management program. Jason’s research focuses on issues related to disaster and emergency management, governance, social equity, and epistemology.
