William Dow

William Dow, PhD, is a health economics professor in the UC Berkeley School of Public Health as well as the Department of Demography. He is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and previously served as Senior Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers. Honors include the Kenneth J. Arrow Award given by the International Health Economics Association.
