Steven Heath

Steven Heath, MPA is Manager of Research and Data Analytics for Dobson | DaVanzo.  He specializes in developing quantitative models to estimate the effect of various legislative initiatives and proposed new services on the Medicare and Medicaid programs. His recent research has focused on such topics as Medicaid DSH, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and outpatient payment systems. His work has been presented at the White House and to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), among others.
