Sonny S. Patel

Sonny S. Patel, MPH, MPhil, is an International Research Scholar at the University of Sydney and Research Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He has developed research protocols, review studies and training to build capacity and knowledge in communities around the world—from subject matters in Public Health, Community Health, and Mental Health to specialized topics in Social Capital, Community Resilience, and Disaster Risk Reduction. Patel was a former U.S. National Institutes of Health Fogarty Global Health Scholar and was named in 2020 by USAID in India as one of the top DevDisruptors in Public Health.
