Rachel Sayko Adams

Rachel Sayko Adams is a research associate professor in the Department of Health Law, Policy & Management at Boston University School of Public Health, affiliated faculty with the Medicaid Policy Lab, and investigator with the Veterans Health Administration’s Rocky Mountain Mental Illness Research Education and Clinical Center for Suicide Prevention. Dr. Adams is an addiction health services researcher with deep expertise in studying substance use, disparities in addiction treatment, and morbidity and mortality outcomes within high-risk populations, such as military service members, Veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
