Guest AuthorPauley Tedoff is a PhD candidate in epidemiology and a researcher at the Margaret A. Gilliam Institute for Global Food Security at McGill University. Combining anthropological theory with epidemiological methods, her work lies at the intersection of social determinants of health, ecological stewardship, and cultural sovereignty. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Pauley has worked for over a decade on social and economic inclusion projects in low-income settings throughout the Global South.
