Patrick O’Mahen

Patrick O’Mahen, PhD is a health services researcher at the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center’s Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness and Safety (IQuESt) and an instructor of medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. His research focuses on the interaction between state and federal health policy, particularly with regards to the Veterans’ Health Administration and the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
