Pamela Matson
Guest AuthorPamela Matson is an Assistant Professor in the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent Medicine and the Director of Research for the Adolescent Medicine Fellowship Program. She is an epidemiologist who earned her MPH in Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases from Yale University School of Public Health and her PhD in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Matson studies the mechanisms by which social determinants produce health disparities in adolescent substance use, teen dating violence, and sexually transmitted infections.
