Megan E. Hatch

Megan E. Hatch, PhD is an assistant professor of urban policy and city management at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. Her research focuses on the causes and consequences of social policies that disproportionately affect vulnerable populations.
