Matthew Walton, PhD, MSSW, is a research scientist for the Office of Data Analytics in the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science in Social Work from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville. His research interests focus on child welfare, health services, and Medicaid delivery systems.
