Lindsey Rose Bullinger is a PhD Candidate at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. Her research focuses on poverty and inequality and how social welfare policy, family formation, and family structure contribute to the health and well-being of children and families. Bullinger earned her Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and her bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
