Lindsay Tanskey, PhD, is a postdoctoral teaching scholar in the Department of Food, Bioprocessing & Nutrition Sciences at North Carolina State University. She is a graduate of the Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy at Tufts University and the University of Notre Dame.
