Leonard Glantz

Leonard Glantz, JD, is the Associate Dean for Academic affairs, Emeritus Professor in Health Law, Policy & Management, and a faculty member in the Department of Health Law, Bioethics and Human Rights at Boston University School of Public Health. He is the author of numerous, books, articles and briefs on a wide array of health law issues. He is particularly interested in the constitutional issues raised by public health interventions, privacy, the rights of children, the regulation of research with human subjects, and mental health law.
