Lauryn Claassen is a Boston University School of Public Health alumna. During her time at BUSPH, she focused on health communication & promotion and sex & gender and traveled to El Salvador as a Pulitzer Fellow through the BU Program for Global Health Storytelling. She describes her experience reporting on reproductive health and the international disaster response as the highlight of her graduate studies.
