Kristen Quinlan
Guest AuthorKristen Quinlan, Ph.D. is a Research Scientist at Education Development Center (EDC). She is an expert in health psychology and a highly experienced evaluator, specializing in applied research focused on preventing suicide, substance misuse, and injury and violence. As the scientific advisor for the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, Dr. Quinlan builds the capacity of state and local suicide prevention system leaders to collect, analyze, and use suicide-related data. She is the co-lead evaluator for the Colorado-National Collaborative and serves as statistical consultant and research advisor for the Zero Suicide Institute and the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention. Dr. Quinlan holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science from the University of Rhode Island.
