Kevin Griffith
Guest AuthorKevin Griffith is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and holds a PhD in Health Services Research from the Boston University School of Public Health. He has worked in government at local, state, and federal levels, developed a lifelong commitment to encourage policies informed by research and evidence, and uses that evidence to improve incentive design and effectiveness of public programs. His research also focuses on improving access to care especially for our nation’s veterans and vulnerable groups, risk prediction to target therapies and interventions towards those who are most likely to benefit, and the use of cost-effectiveness to improve value in health.
