Kenneth Gillingham
Guest AuthorKenneth Gillingham is an Associate Professor at Yale University, with a primary appointment in the School of the Environment and secondary appointments in the Department of Economics and School of Management. His work focuses on the adoption of new energy technologies, energy efficiency, quantitative policy and program analysis, and climate change policy. He has previously served as the Senior Economist for Energy & the Environment at the White House Council of Economic Advisers in 2015-2016, and holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University.
