Keith Kocher

Dr. Kocher is an associate professor of emergency medicine and learning health sciences at the University of Michigan and health services researcher who studies the delivery and performance of emergency and acute care. He also serves as the director of the Michigan Emergency Department Improvement Collaborative (MEDIC), sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan/Blue Care Network. MEDIC is a statewide learning collaborative dedicated to advancing emergency care quality.
