Kathleen Adams

E. Kathleen Adams, PhD is professor and health economist in the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. She has spent her career applying economic tools to large, secondary data bases with a focus on access to care for low-income and vulnerable populations and on Medicaid policies and issues. Outside of work she likes to travel with her husband of 33 years and dabble in water color painting.
