Isabel Markowski

Isabel Markowski is a dual master’s student at Tufts University, getting her MPH and MS in Agriculture, Food & Environment after working in Chicago’s nonprofit food insecurity and culinary scene for the past six years. From working on a chili pepper farm in Wisconsin to leading the operations of a food pantry during the COVID-19 pandemic to now diving deeper into her studies, she loves learning about how food connects people, culture, and the environment.
