Hannah Pierson

Hannah Pierson is a PhD student in the Department of Sociology at Michigan State University. She earned her B.S. in Sociology from Grand Valley State University. During her time at Grand Valley Hannah was a research assistant working on mental health disparities among older adults who have different martial sequencing. Hannah also did a McNair Research Program for two years working on reproductive health care disparities among native and foreign-born individuals in the United States. Hannah’s research interests lie in health care disparities among young adults in the United States.
