Fix, PhD, (@GemmaeFix) is a Research Assistant Professor with Boston University’s School of Public Health and a Career Development Awardee with the VA Bedford Center of Innovation for Health Services Research and Development. She uses ethnographic methods to examine patient and provider behaviors within their socio-cultural context.
