Emily Johnston

Emily M. Johnston is a research associate in the Urban Institute’s Health Policy Center, where she studies health insurance coverage, access to care, Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program policy, and women’s and children’s health. Her research focuses on the effects of state and federal policies on the health and well-being of vulnerable populations.
