David Jernigan

David Jernigan is a professor in the Department of Health Law, Policy and Management at the Boston University School of Public Health and senior policy advisor to CityHealth, an initiative of the de Beaumont Foundation and Kaiser Permanente. He is a member of the Cannabis Advertising and Social Media (CASM) research group and has 34 years of experience in alcohol policy research, implementation, and advocacy.
