David Jernigan

David Jernigan is a professor in the Department of Health Law, Policy and Management at the Boston University School of Public Health, and a senior policy advisor to CityHealth. He previously headed the Center on Alcohol Marketing and Youth at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and has advised the World Bank and the World Health Organization on alcohol policy issues
