David H. Cloud, JD, MPH is with Amend at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine and a PhD candidate at Emory University, Rollins School of Public Health. His areas of research and advocacy include mass incarceration, drug policy, harm reduction, and human rights. He is on the steering committee for the National Unlock the Box Campaign.
