Carl Erik Fisher

Carl Erik Fisher, M.D., is Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Columbia University, where he also teaches in the Masters in Bioethics program.  His academic focus is on law, ethics, and policy relating to psychiatry and neuroscience, with a particular focus on issues related to substance use disorders and other addictive behaviors.
