Alin Yuriko Badillo Carrillo
Guest AuthorAlin Yuriko Badillo Carrillo is a first-generation immigrant pursuing a dual master’s degree in Public Health and Latin American Studies at the University of New Mexico. She specializes in epidemiology and community and regional planning. Alin received her dual bachelor’s in International Studies and Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Wyoming. She also holds a minor in Gender and Women’s studies and a minor in Chicano studies both from the University of Wyoming. Her goal is to share the knowledge and tools she has gained in life with her community to break down inequities and grow together.
