Kailyn Conner

Kailyn Conner, PhD, MPH, is a research scientist for the Office of Data Analytics in the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. She has a Doctor of Philosophy in pharmaceutical sciences and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in epidemiology from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Lindsey Wilson College. Her research interests include neonatal abstinence syndrome, substance use disorders, child development, and Medicaid delivery systems.
